RERA registration still awaited
As of 12 October 2026, the Haryana RERA registration number for L&T Sector 86 has not been published. Bookings are open only as an Expression of Interest for now. We will add the number to our L&T Sector 86 updates the day it is issued, and we suggest you hold back any payment beyond the EOI until you have checked it on the HRERA Gurugram website.

EOI window open at ₹10 lakh
You can register for Phase 1 with an Expression of Interest of ₹10 lakh, along with your KYC. An EOI holds your place in the queue for allotment; it is not a booking of a specific home. Ask for the refund terms in writing before you pay, and see how to book L&T Sector 86 for the full process.

Phase 1 prices: ₹4.75 Cr to ₹8 Cr
Starting prices for Phase 1 are about ₹4.75 Cr for a 2,500 sq.ft 3 BHK (Majesta), ₹5.50 Cr for a 2,700 sq.ft 3 BHK (Luxuria), ₹7 Cr for a 3,500 sq.ft 4 BHK (Majesta) and ₹8 Cr for a 4,000 sq.ft 4 BHK (Luxuria). Phase 1: three towers in two collections
The first phase opens three of the seven towers: two of 3 BHK homes and one of 4 BHK homes. Each comes in two collections, Majesta and the larger Luxuria, and every home gets a wide deck overlooking the central greens, plus extra room for storage and utility. Ask for the L&T Sector 86 floor plans for each collection.

Design team named
Hafeez Contractor is the design architect, Bobby Mukherji is doing the interiors and WATG the landscape. Between them they shape how the towers look, how the homes feel inside and how the 10 acres of central greens are laid out. Read more about the L&T Sector 86 master plan.

L&T buys 20 acres in Gurugram for ₹1,123 crore
L&T Realty Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, completed the purchase of 100% of International Green Scapes Ltd, which owns about 20 acres in Gurugram with a development potential of about 3.6 million sq.ft. It is L&T's first land acquisition in the NCR. The announcement did not name the sector; the RERA registration will confirm the land details on record. See our L&T Sector 86 RERA status page.
